B2B complaints

The DIPIU store only conducts B2B wholesale sales. We do not accept returns of full-value goods or returns of entire correctly completed orders. This does not limit the entrepreneur's right to report an actual defect, quantity deficiency or non-conformity of delivery.

The buyer is obliged to check the shipment and goods immediately after receipt, before further sale, removal of tags, use, washing or other interference with the product. Please check the number of packages, condition of the packaging, number of pieces, models, colors, sizes and visible damage and defects.

A visible defect, lack or non-compliance must be reported on the day of receipt of the shipment, and if this is objectively not possible - no later than on the next business day. A report after a week or two does not meet this procedure for problems that could have been discovered by simply inspecting the goods upon receipt.

A reportable defect or nonconformity includes, in particular: stains, holes, tears, material damage, faulty seams, zippers, buttons, prints or applications, incompatible model, color or size, missing product components, missing pieces in the delivery and damage caused during transport.

If the defect was hidden and could not be detected during proper inspection after acceptance, it should be reported immediately after its discovery. The report must explain when and under what circumstances the defect was discovered.

Damage to the packaging or shipment should be reported to the courier upon delivery and, if possible, a damage report should be prepared. You should take photos of the package before opening, the shipping label, internal security measures and the damaged goods.

Complaints should be sent to hurt@dipiumoda.pl. The notification must include the company name, Tax Identification Number, order or invoice number, date of receipt, date of detection of the problem, product index, variant, number of pieces, detailed description and clear photos documenting the notification.

The complained goods should not be returned without prior confirmation of the notification and receipt of instructions from DIPIU. The goods should remain complete, with tags and packaging, if the nature of the defect allows it.

Pursuant to Art. 563 of the Civil Code, an entrepreneur may lose his warranty rights if he did not examine the item at the time and in the manner usual for this type of item or did not immediately notify about the defect. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send a notification before its expiry. Exceptions provided for in Art. 564 of the Civil Code remain unchanged.

After receiving the complete notification, DIPIU assesses the case and may ask for additional information or to hand over the goods for inspection. A recognized complaint is settled in accordance with the regulations and the decision regarding the specific case. The goods are returned to stock only after physical receipt and verification.
