We process data provided during registration, placing and processing orders, payments, delivery, invoicing, complaints and contact. This may include company data, contact person details, addresses, e-mail, telephone number, order history and technical data related to website security.

We process data to the extent necessary to conclude and perform the contract, fulfill legal obligations, protect claims and store security, and when required - based on consent.

Data recipients may be entities necessary to operate the store and order, in particular the payment operator, GLS, hosting, mail and IT system providers, accounting and authorized bodies.

We store the data for the duration of the account and contract service, and then for the period resulting from tax and accounting obligations, settlements and deadlines for pursuing or defending claims.

The data subject has - depending on the basis and situation - the rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, transfer, objection, withdrawal of consent and lodging a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Providing the data required to create an account and complete an order is voluntary, but failure to provide them may prevent the account or purchase from being processed.
