Payments

Online prepayment via Przelewy24 - after placing the order, the customer goes to the operator's secure website and selects one of the currently available methods, including BLIK, if available from the operator.

Prepayment by transfer directly to the DIPIU account or BLIK to the phone is possible after prior arrangement with DIPIU. You should not choose this method yourself instead of Przelewy24 payment; the customer receives the correct data and payment instructions from the service.

The payment must be made in the currency appropriate to the selected account - PLN to a PLN account and EUR to a EUR account.

Cash on delivery is available for GLS courier shipments. GLS Fast Parcel to a point or vending machine requires prepayment and is not available upon delivery.

Before confirming the purchase, the customer sees the net and gross value of the goods, VAT, delivery costs and the total amount of the order.

An order paid online is processed only after receiving technical confirmation of payment from Przelewy24. The mere return of the customer by the operator does not constitute confirmation of payment.

If the payment is rejected, canceled or interrupted, the order remains in the appropriate status. The customer can repeat the payment, if the store provides such an option, or contact DIPIU.

We issue the sales document to the company details recorded and confirmed when ordering. Before purchasing, please check the company name, Tax Identification Number and billing address.

Delivery

We ship orders via GLS. The available delivery method depends on the country, the selected payment and the current delivery price list settings in the store.

When making a prepayment, the customer can choose a GLS courier or Szybka Paczka GLS to an available point or machine. GLS courier is available for cash on delivery; Fast Pack is not available for download.

The delivery cost is shown before the final order is placed. It depends on the service, country, number of parcels, weight and dimensions of the shipment.

The delivery time is counted from the confirmation of the order and - if prepayment is required - from the confirmation of payment. Orders requiring clarification of data or availability may be temporarily suspended.

After sending the parcel, we provide the parcel number and GLS tracking link. When ordering several packages, separate shipment numbers may be assigned.

The current delivery price shown in the shopping cart takes precedence over examples or previous commercial information.
