How to place an order

1. Create a B2B account, provide correct company details and confirm the required consents.
2. Wait for your account to be verified. Once approved, you will see prices and be able to place orders.
3. Select the product and the appropriate color and size variant, enter the required minimum quantity and add the item to the cart.
4. Open the basket, check all variants, quantities and values. Please remove incorrect items or correct the quantity before proceeding to checkout.
5. Confirm invoice and delivery details, select the available GLS method and payment method.
6. Check the final summary and place your order. The order is only successfully saved when its number is displayed.
7. When paying online, make the payment via Przelewy24. The implementation begins after technical confirmation of payment; the cash on delivery order is processed according to its status.
8. You will receive information about processing, shipping and the shipment number by e-mail and will see it in your account when a given status is available.
